About EasyLiving Home Texas

 

 

EasyLiving Home is the nation's first voluntary home certification program whose mission is to create affordable and attractive homes that incorporate at the very least, minimum accessibility into the construction making homes visitable to everyone and providing the opportunity for homeowners to age in place should they choose to do so.

It sounds so simple, yet these small changes required by the program create key lifestyle benefits for homeowners a home that is easy to live in and also:

The Easy Living Home program has been developed by a coalition of public and private organizations to encourage the voluntary inclusion of key features, which make a home cost effective, accessible and convenient for everyone without sacrificing style or adding substantial construction costs.

EasyLiving Home Texas certification enhances both the initial and resale value of a home, and is achievable for practically any new home regardless of price, building site or architecture.
